The Social Committees are responsible for activities which help bring together and build the Sprague Community:
Plan and coordinate fundraising and activities, work with Yearbook committee on fifth grade section (ongoing Sept to June) Plan Sunday afternoon social event with kid activities (October) Family Ice Cream Social
Plan Friday evening social event within two weeks of school starting (Sept) Family Picnic
Plan afternoon/evening social event (June) Plan weekend ski social getaway (winter) New Family Welcome
Coordinate contacts to answer questions and offer support for families new to Sprague, including Kindergarten families, and organize get acquainted socials (Ongoing but busiest August to September) Parent Social
Plan Friday evening event held in a non-auction year (winter/spring) Parent Welcome
Provide refreshments for morning social (first day of school) Student Game Night
Plan and coordinate game activity social nights, by grade level (TBD by Chair) |
